About Northgate Auto Care
Northgate Auto Care is a six-bay independent repair shop in Etobicoke with licensed 310S technicians, two of them factory-trained on hybrid and electric drivetrains. We handle everything from oil changes and brake work to diagnostics, suspension, timing chains, and Ministry of Transportation safety inspections. Every estimate is emailed with photos of the actual issue before we touch anything, and we keep loaner cars available for jobs that run past a day. All work carries a two-year, forty-thousand kilometre warranty.

01Do you provide a loaner car?
We keep four loaner vehicles for jobs expected to take more than one day. They are free of charge; you cover fuel and must carry your own insurance.
02Can you service hybrids and EVs?
Yes. Two of our technicians hold high-voltage certification, and we service hybrid batteries, inverters, and regenerative braking systems as well as standard maintenance on EVs.
03What warranty do you offer?
All parts and labour carry a two-year or forty-thousand kilometre warranty, whichever comes first, honoured at our shop and through a nationwide partner network if you are travelling.
