Maple Ridge Legal & Accounting is a combined law and accounting practice in downtown Toronto serving newcomers and small business owners. Our legal side covers immigration applications, real estate closings, wills and estates, and incorporations; our accounting side handles bookkeeping, HST filing, payroll, and personal and corporate tax returns. Because both teams sit in the same office, clients buying a first home or opening a first business get their legal and tax questions answered in a single meeting rather than across two firms.

01Do you offer free initial consultations?
We offer a free fifteen-minute phone consultation to determine whether we can help and what it would cost. Full consultations are billed at our hourly rate and credited against the retainer if you proceed.
02Can you handle both my closing and my taxes?
Yes, and that is exactly why the two practices share an office. Clients closing on a property routinely meet the accountant the same afternoon about land transfer tax rebates and rental income reporting.
03What immigration matters do you take on?
Express Entry, spousal and family sponsorship, study and work permits, provincial nominee applications, and appeals. We do not take refugee claims but can refer you to a firm that does.
