About Bluepeak Digital Solutions
Bluepeak Digital Solutions builds and maintains technology for small and mid-sized businesses across the GTA. We do custom web and application development, managed IT support with a four-hour response guarantee, cloud migration, and security assessments for companies that need to pass client audits. Our team of eleven works from a Mississauga office with a small on-site lab for hardware staging, and we run a monthly free clinic where any local business can bring a technology problem for an hour of advice.

01What is your managed IT response time?
Contracted clients get a four-hour response guarantee during business hours and a one-hour response for anything we classify as business-stopping, including outside of hours.
02Do you work with businesses outside the GTA?
Most of our support work is remote, so we serve clients across Ontario. On-site visits are included for GTA clients and billed as travel beyond that.
03Who owns the code you build?
You do. Every custom development contract assigns full ownership of the source code to the client on final payment, and we hand over the repository regardless of whether you keep us on for maintenance.
