About Horizon Language & Skills Academy
Horizon Language & Skills Academy is a private career college in Brampton focused on newcomers to Canada. We run government-funded ESL classes at six levels, evening IELTS and CELPIP preparation, a Canadian workplace communication certificate, and short upgrading programs in bookkeeping, medical office administration, and forklift certification. Classes cap at eighteen students, childcare is available for morning sessions, and our employment advisors help every graduate with a Canadian-format résumé and interview practice before they finish.

01Are your ESL classes free?
Our LINC and ESL levels one through six are government funded and free to permanent residents, protected persons, and convention refugees. Photo ID and proof of status are required at registration.
02Do you offer childcare during class?
Licensed childcare is available for morning classes for children aged eighteen months to five years, at no cost to students in the funded ESL streams. Spaces are limited and allocated at intake.
03Will you help me find a job after the program?
Every student meets an employment advisor twice: once mid-program to build a Canadian-format résumé, and once near completion for mock interviews and referrals to our employer partner list.
