01What is the current emergency room wait time?
Wait times vary by severity of condition and time of day. Life-threatening emergencies are always seen immediately; average wait for non-urgent cases is 1–2 hours.
02Do I need OHIP or insurance to be seen?
Emergency care is provided regardless of insurance status. For outpatient clinics, please bring your OHIP card or private insurance information to your appointment.
03Can I walk in for a specialist appointment?
Specialist clinics require a referral from a family doctor. Walk-in care is available at our Urgent Care Clinic for non-emergency issues.
